Mr. Louie is a Partner and Senior Vice President for Business Development at Seed Equity Ventures.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Louie was an investment banker with Deutsche Bank Securities and Jefferies & Company covering internet, digital media, and software companies, where he advised on billions of dollars of M&A transactions, IPO offerings, private placements, and secondary offerings.
Additionally, Mr. Louie has served as the Senior Director of Business Development and Corporate Development as well as a founding member of the NASDAQ Private Market team. The NASDAQ Private Market was formed as a private securities marketplace joint venture between the NASDAQ OMX Group and SharesPost Financial.
